We really enjoyed excellent location!!

Location: the hotel was just next door to everything: Il Palio, restaurants, shopping, and the style of the building. The room we had included a patio and Wi-Fi.

The whole experience was amazing, no complains at all, recommend. That was gorgeous and wonderful hotel set in secure area, just off the the center by car, a former monastery with partly refurbished, and central Siena. The breakfast was tasty, such variety, with fresh ordered coffee and cakes, for example. The services were FRIENDLY.

Booked a room with lovely views to town. I had exceptionally comfortable bed, central heating, an individual safe, and multi-channel TV.

The property was well-maintained with genuinely helpful staff on reception desk. Everything was simply outstanding...

Had deluxe quadruple room with nice outdoor balcony, coffee table & chairs and wonderful view to 2 sides. Wonderful location in communal area downstairs, beautiful restaurants in the local area.

The place was clean, I booked the deluxe queen room with city views, everything was wonderful. The restaurant was great from desk staff for local restaurants here, I had warm dishes. The location was brilliant, just a short walk away from a romanesque-gothic cathedral.

Elegant atmosphere, amazing and wonderful employees on reception desk. All in all unbeatable location, next to historical downtown, tower and big terrace and the main sights all within walking distance. For tea or coffee visit Pasticceria Bini nearby.

It was bright, reasonably spacious and with great views. A private terrace and coffee where there too.

The staff were not polite, didn't expect that coming.

The breakfast was warm and provided with croissants, excellant patisserie, amazing view. The place had an elegant atmosphere. The location of the hotel was perfect - relatively near a medieval church.

We had a fantastic stay in this charming hotel. The central location within the old town walls was perfect, and yet it was surprisingly quiet. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room, although on the smaller side, was clean and well-maintained. The towels provided were plentiful and of good quality. The historic building added a unique touch to our experience. Despite a few minor inconveniences, like the lack of a lift and small inconveniences, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at this hotel. I would highly recommend it for its character and great service.

Not the faceless comforts of an international hotel, but a unique convent that is definitely in Sienna. The courtyard on entry is lovely. It is great to have off-street parking. Our room (18) was on a corner, with air and lovely views on two sides. We were glad to have sparkling wine in the refrigerator. The staff are helpful (I wish we'd had them book a taxi to duomo, which is some distance away and uphill.)

The room was great- beautiful views, spacious, nice old furniture, comfortable beds. Breakfast was good but surprisingly the coffee tasted like instant. However so many cafes nearby this wasn't a problem. Staff were helpful and friendly. Lovely cool courtyard to sit in.

Appreciated the stay, it was very nice for four nights. The restaurant here was small from desk staff for local restaurants, we both ordered hot dishes. The location was marvellous, a few steps away from Porta San Marco City Gate.
